Help Save an 85-Year-Old’s Home

Please help my mother. She is 85 and has a notice from the bank -foreclosure on her townhouse within 60 days. She has been in the hospital here in Raleigh with heart failure issues. High medical bills have caused her to fall behind on her modest mortgage of $654 per month. The bank will NOT work with her, after multiple attempts of loan modification or temporary hardships. FIVE attempts in four months, all denied!! PLEASE HELP her stay in her home of 25 years!
