Help Save a Young Life from Aggressive Cancer

This girl is a relative of my wife, she lives in Nicaragua, she is 10 years old and unfortunately she has cancer all over her body. When the doctors saw her, the cancer had already spread. It is a cancer so malignant that it has never been seen in Nicaragua. She is suffering since they are from low incomes. Sometimes she does not want to eat and has gone up to three days without eating anything because she says that she feels like her stomach is burning, so we have to buy her fruits, treatments and things to cool her down a little. The doctors do not know what to do because she progresses more and more, the chemotherapy is no longer working because every time they did it, she got worse. We want to get her out of the country and take her to a specialist but it is very expensive. This is the only photo that my wife has but she promises to get more evidence that this is real since we decided to do this at 1:20 am and she does not want to call her family so late to ask for photos of the girl.
