My name is Sash, and I’ve been dreaming of top surgery for the past four years. For now, I’ve been using a binder every day, but my chest has always been a source of insecurity. I’m raising funds to cover the costs of top surgery and everything that comes with it, including travel, recovery, and time away from work. I don’t have an exact date or location yet, because it all depends on when I can raise enough to move forward. My girlfriend has been my only support through this process, and I’m handling the financial side on my own.
