Hi my name is Alex, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help during one of the most difficult times in my life. I’ve recently been diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure, and without immediate and ongoing treatment, my life is at serious risk.
This diagnosis has completely turned my world upside down. I now require regular dialysis treatments to survive while waiting for a potential kidney transplant—a long, emotional, and expensive journey.
