I’m reaching out to share that my younger sister is currently undergoing treatment for Triple Negative Stage 2, Grade 3 Breast Cancer — a fast-moving and aggressive form of cancer that has deeply impacted her life and the lives of those who love her.
Over the past six months, she has faced intensive chemotherapy with strength and courage. Sadly, during her recent double mastectomy, a 7mm tumor was discovered, showing that the chemo had not fully worked. She also encountered complications that required a second surgery and a longer hospital stay than expected.
Her journey is far from over. She now faces 27 more weeks of immunotherapy (Keytruda), a full year of oral chemotherapy, and reconstructive surgery later this year. She also faces 5 years of targeted therapy. Throughout all of this, she remains out of work, doing her best to adjust to a new normal while managing the weight of ongoing medical and living expenses.
We are humbly asking for support — whether it’s a donation, sharing this message with others, or simply keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the burden and give her the time and space to focus on healing.
Thank you for your compassion, support, and generosity.
