My name is Nicholas. I was born with Cerebral Palsy (Spastic Diplegia). Last year I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I relapsed and spent five days in the hospital. My husband Matthew has mental health issues and just lost his job. We are drowning in debt and medical bills. We have no money for food or medicines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
