She’s been diagnosed with Stage 3 brain cancer — a fast-spreading, life-threatening condition. On top of that, she’s battling vascular dementia and a serious stomach disease that’s left her barely able to eat or keep food down.
Ms. Marie is 78 years old and someone I’ve grown incredibly close to. I visit her often and help her with anything she needs around the house. She’s always been loving, generous, and full of warmth — even when she had almost nothing to give.
Now, she needs us more than ever.
Her Stage 3 brain cancer requires emergency surgery if she’s going to have a real chance at survival. The dementia is affecting her memory, and her stomach condition is draining her strength daily. She’s living alone, struggling to pay rent, and falling deeper into medical debt with each passing day.
She’s scared. She’s overwhelmed. But we can help.
Your donation — no matter the amount — will go directly toward:
• Urgent brain cancer surgery and hospital care
• Treatment for vascular dementia
• Medical care and nutrition support for her stomach illness
• Basic living expenses: rent, food, and electricity
• In-home recovery support and medications
Anything helps — truly. Whether it’s $5, $20, or just sharing this link with others, it could be the reason Ms. Marie gets another chance at life.
She’s always been the kind of person who’d give her last to help someone else. Today, I’m hoping we can give her the same kind of love back.
Thank you so much for reading, sharing, and supporting.
