Hi everyone,
We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to support our dear friend Melissa, who was recently diagnosed with stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer on May 13. This aggressive form of breast cancer requires urgent and intensive treatment. On May 30, Melissa had a port placed and has already begun chemotherapy.
Melissa is not only a beloved friend — she’s also a pillar of our community. She’s the first person to step up when someone is in need, always giving her time, energy, and heart to support others without hesitation. Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.
As you can imagine, the medical expenses are mounting quickly—and so are the everyday costs of living. Between treatments, time away from work, and essential expenses like groceries, and transportation, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.
We’ve created this fundraiser to help alleviate that stress, so Melissa can focus fully on her health and healing. Every donation—no matter the amount—will directly support:
