Help me walk without pain: I urgently need a knee replacement
Hi, my name is Ariel, and I’m asking for help because I have no other option.
Three years ago, I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in both knees. Since then, pain has been a constant in my life. My knees are bone-on-bone, making every step a struggle. Walking, working, or even standing has become a daily challenge.
I tried treatments like stem cell injections, which unfortunately didn’t work for me and only represented a huge expense with no results. Today, after several attempts, the doctor has been clear: I need to replace both knees with surgery.
I work in apartment maintenance, but the pain and physical limitations have affected my ability to work as I used to. This surgery is expensive and beyond my financial reach at this time.
