Hi, it’s Natalia again and I’m raising $10,000 for breast augmentation surgery as part of my gender-affirming journey.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with feeling disconnected from my body. I’ve taken big steps toward living more fully as myself, but I still wake up every day feeling incomplete. This surgery is a major step toward aligning my physical appearance with who I truly am — a woman.

For many trans women, breast augmentation is more than a cosmetic procedure. It’s about finally being able to look in the mirror without dysphoria. It’s about walking through the world with confidence, comfort, and safety.

This isn’t something I take lightly. I’ve worked hard to support myself, and I’m also preparing to start college in the fall. But like so many in the trans community, access to gender-affirming care is financially out of reach — and insurance doesn’t cover everything. That’s why I’m asking for your help.
