Help Mark Get Back in the Saddle-One Ride Changed Everything

On June 10th, 2025, our world was turned upside down. Mark Kohl- a loving father, devoted husband, proud pappy to many grandkids, and the glue to the Kohl family, was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident in Searcy, Arkansas. While enjoying a ride on his Vulcan Vaquero, a SUV unexpectedly pulled out from a parking lot and struck him. He was rushed to Searcy Medical Center, then was quickly transferred to UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas due to the extent of his injuries, where he remains in critical condition at this time. Currently, we know that Mark is suffering from a fractured neck and back, staples in his head, a possible internal bleed, and numerous bone breaks, three of which are in both of his two hands. He is facing a long, difficult, and uncertain road to recovery, a recovery in which leaves him care dependent for the foreseeable future.

Mark was out doing what he does best- riding his motorcycle, something he has done for decades, something that holds as fond memories for his children and grandchildren, and a piece of who he is. On one random Tuesday morning, life as our family has known it has changed.

Mark’s road to recovery will be difficult enough, and anyone who has had the privilege of knowing him knows he deserves to heal without the added weight of financial stress.

As Mark fights for his life, we are asking for help to cover medical bills, living expenses, and the unknown costs to come during this incredibly trying time. Your support-whether through donations, prayers, or even simply sharing this page- means more than words can express. We are deeply grateful for any help you can give.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
