This is Jay Kruschke here. My Dad (Mark) on May 22nd went into the hospital for a triple bypass surgery after finding out 3 major blockages in his heart. What seemed to be a easy week recover took a turn for the worse when he developed blood clots in his legs and lung. As the Doctors tried to remove the blood clot in his lung my dad went into cardiac arrest and had to be resuscitated for 45-60 minutes to bring him back to life. The doctors told my family that he would not recover from this. He then had to be transported to Froedtert Hospital and has since been there for 3 weeks fighting for his life on life support.
This was very heartbreaking and unexpected news for the Kruschke family and every little bit helps. I will update this as the days go by.
