My mother is diagnosed with stage 4 heart and kidney failure and high blood pressure. She is in desperate need of funding for a new kidney, and I fear without sooner-than-later surgery, I will not have her in my life for very much longer.
The kidney transplant must be done as quickly as possible with a complete match, which means she will continue to be on a waiting list. She is currently doing dialysis, which takes a great toll on her body, and with her doing this, her treatment financials prevent her from working a job. So starting a fundraiser was NECESSARY!
