Help Leilu Receive Gender Affirming Care

Hello, my name is Leilu and I’m a Las Vegas local nonbinary artist. I came out as nonbinary when I was 19 years old. I also began binding at that time, but it became very hard on my body so I stopped. As i’ve gotten older, my breasts have continued to grow and have been causing me discomfort and gender dysphoria. I’ve decided it’s time for me to take the route that’s best for me and get gender affirming treatment. My university’s surgery clinic takes my insurance, but unfortunately only provides the surgery for people who have been on hormones. The fact of the matter is not every trans person wants to be on hormones. I was referred by a local queer medical clinic to a surgeon who specializes in gender affirming care. But, this will be coming entirely out of pocket. I will also be selling mini tapestries through my instagram @leiluhart to help raise money for the procedure.
