Recently, I learned that I need all my remaining teeth removed and replaced with permanent solutions. The cost is overwhelming, and after resigning from my job at Amazon due to medical issues, I simply can’t afford it. I’m not looking for wealth—just the chance to smile again, to be seen as an equal, and to have the confidence to pursue work and relationships. I’m receiving therapy and support through the VA hospital in West Haven, CT, and I’m doing everything I can to stay hopeful and healthy. My aunt and a small group of friends have been my lifeline, helping me through the darkest times after losing both my parents. Their support means everything to me, and I want to honor their faith in me by rebuilding my life.
I believe in paying it forward and have never asked for help for myself before. I want to give back to others, but first, I need to fix what’s broken. If you’re able to help, you’re not just changing my smile—you’re giving me a chance at a new life, a chance to work, connect, and contribute to the world around me. Thank you for reading my story and for any support you can offer.
