Hello my name is Jasmine Ramirez, my son was born February 26th 2025 and had a lot of medical conditions, he was placed in the NICU and was placed on a breathing tube 5 times and has had 3 surgeries, we are now home but still have 3 surgeries to go, also I have 2 other kids! so I’m asking for help to cover gas and food and rent while we under go these next few surgeries… I can’t go back to work right now bc of his major health issues.
