Hello, my name is Tyerra. I’m a single mom of three. I currently am working in healthcare full-time and a full-time student. It is unfortunate that I’m having to ask for help in such a way, but we are here. Besides, we all need a helping hand at some point, right?
I have been back and forth to my primary doctor, back doctors, surgeons, and all the above over the last four years. I am in desperate need of a breast reduction as the weight of my breasts has caused my spine to shift significantly. With that, I am in constant back pain day in and day out to where sometimes I can’t even move. I’ve tried everything I possibly can think of to get this surgery approved through insurance, but they are just not willing to help. I’ve had x-ray after x-ray as well as hospital stays and visits to prove how crucial this pain has been and the cause of it, and still am constantly being told NO.
I’ve decided to take the next step as my pain levels are progressively getting worse and I am unable to perform daily tasks. Having to take days off of work due to excruciating back pain and not being able to care for my kids the way that I wish. I pray that if you’re reading this, God puts it on your heart to help me. Any amount towards getting this surgery is appreciated.
