Hi, my name is Jim Harrison, and I’m raising funds for my close friend and industry legend Dane Hansen—General Manager of The Pony Pensacola, former President of PANDA (Professional Adult Nightclub DJ Association), and a pillar in the stripclub and DJ community.
Dane was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, affecting his colon, kidneys, stomach, and possibly his liver. It’s aggressive, and the treatment is already intense. He’s fighting with everything he’s got—but the medical bills are piling up fast, with over $65,000 in costs already and more on the way.
I’m launching this campaign to make sure Dane doesn’t beat cancer only to be buried in debt.
Our total goal is $100,000—to cover treatment, recovery, and time off work without financial collapse. You may see smaller amounts listed on this page: those are milestones, automatically adjusted by fundraiser to help us build momentum toward the full goal.
Whether you’re donating, sharing, or just sending love, you’re helping make sure Dane has the time, space, and support to fight this thing the right way.
Why This Matters
Dane has spent decades building this industry from the inside—training DJs, mentoring managers, protecting dancers, and leading teams to record-breaking success. He’s the kind of person who makes you want to work harder—because you know he’s working just as hard for you.
Whether you met him at The Pony, through PANDA, or at the ED Expo—Dane’s probably impacted your work, your club, or someone you care about. He’s a cornerstone of the stripclub world. And now it’s our turn to be the foundation under him.
This isn’t about charity. This is about community. And Dane has earned this support a hundred times over.

How You Can Help
• Donate what you can. Whether it’s $10 or $1,000, it all moves us toward the goal.
• Share this campaign. Post it in your club group chats, DJ networks, and on social.
• Leave a message. Dane’s reading them. Your words mean more than you think.
Let’s show what kind of industry we really are. Let’s help Dane heal with dignity—and come back stronger than ever.
With Love and Gratitude
Thank you for reading this. Thank you for sharing it. And thank you—truly—for showing up.
Dane has given everything to this industry, to his team, and to the people around him. He’s not the kind of man who asks for help. But the people who love him aren’t waiting for him to ask.
Every message, every dollar, every repost—it all matters. It’s more than support. It’s proof that he’s not alone in this fight. That we’ve got his back, the same way he’s always had ours.
We love you, Dane. You’ve lifted so many of us over the years. Let us return the favor now.
– Jim
P.S. Dane has agreed to let me start this.
