Help Cover Medical Costs for Pain Relief

I have a very painful ear infection and was prescribed ofloxacin that I waited two days for and it never came, They finally told me I need to pay 70$ for the bottle since I’ve turned 18 now and it’s no longer covered for me. I’m also having some teeth decaying now and a lot of other body shut down issues (long term depression) but my tooth just broke and two in the back are starting to decay and hurting my jaw. My mom who I live with has not been willing to do pay for anything anymore or drive me to a doctor and I haven’t heard back from many jobs yet. Any help means a lot even just to cover the ear drops as it’s the most painful and i’m running out of ibu profen.

The extra money is to get my tooth fixed hopefully. I’m also having a nerve problem in my body and am unable to see the neurologist for a few months. Anything helps thank you for reading.
