Hi my name is Cody Hahn. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a severely damaged heart valve that needs emergency surgery along with some other things including blood clots and a fully blocked artery in my leg. I am from Ohio and recently moved to Alabama and my insurance is no longer active. I have been out of work for a month now due to the medical issues going on and am due to have heart surgery on Monday.
