This is my baby boy Casper. His 2 back legs are paralyzed and he is swollen all over the body. He has big knots on his stomach. I have called every vet and they are all charging around 600$ to get him fixed. I have asked for help wherever I could get it. I just want my baby to be better. He is the sweetest boy ever and I will take any help I can get.
