My name is Sarah Godwin and I had to go to the rheumatologist yesterday for the first time to rule out lupus and rheumatoid arthritis or any kind of autoimmune disease. My doctor has put me on two different medications I just cannot afford them. Also my children are really struggling this summer with food situations my phone is shut off I’m using Wi-Fi as well as my Wi-Fi will be shut off on the 20th Y’all I’m begging for helpdifferent medicine my insurance is not cover and it is $350 out of pocket each month on top of me not working for a year and unable to get SNAP benefits or things like that So with my kids being out of school I have to have more to eat in this house and I feel like I’m kind of failing as a parent but I’m dancing as fast as I can and I would so appreciate y’all’s help. Like I said, if you cash out me or fundraiser any amount you will be in the drawing on June 30th for a wreath of your choice this is some I made in the past and I can redo them but I also have the stuff to on hand to make Daisy one a sunflower one a gardening one, a ladybug, and a farm one and a watermelon dress your drawer up for summer and help me raise money for my medicine and from being off of work!! I have filed for disability and so until my disability goes through or I am able to go back to work as a nurse, depends on how I can function! My left hand has no movement my right hand is getting that way My knees, and the bottoms of my heels everything, everything I’ve taken does not touch the pain so I’m excited to get this new medicine I just have no way of affording it.
