Heart Transplant Aid for a Brave Mom

Hi all! Thank you for taking time to come here and reading about my mom and why I’m trying to help raise money for her. She’s 88 years old and she will be undergoing a heart transplant soon. She is also a cancer patient with multiple myeloma which she is getting treatment for once a month. She also has other medical conditions. The reason why I’m trying to raise money for her is because her insurance isn’t paying for everything. It is paying for the major surgery, but we were told that things like some of her meds, part of the hospital stay for recovery, some of the therapy after, and some other smaller things will not be covered for the most part, which is why I’m reaching out to the public to see if she/we can get some help. Her husband, my step father, passed away 5 years ago so it’s pretty much just her and me. I understand everyone has their own things going on and if a donation isn’t something that you are able to do, please just keep my mom in your prayers and thoughts.
