My name is Samantha and I’m trying to raise funds to help my father get a total hip replacement.
My dad has been a musician his whole life, and he carried his electric piano and all of his equipment around to every show himself, set it all up, and took it all down when the shows were over. He loves cooking and makes these amazing meals, but lately, he can’t even stand comfortably long enough to finish dinner without help. He would pick me up from school and we’d go grocery shopping, but now it’s difficult to make it to the bathroom, let alone a whole grocery store.
Now I have two boys of my own and he is the best grampy, but it is hard to chase these two crazy kids around with only one hip. I’m trying to raise money to help him pay for his hip surgery because I want to see my dad be able to continue to do these things with my children, his grandbabies. If you have it in your heart to spare something, even if it’s just $1, if I can get 10,000 people to do that, my dad will be back up and chasing his grandbabies in no time!!
