My name is Hannah and I am raising the funds for myself because I have kidney failure and every doctor I went to said they can’t help I ask why and did my own research about my condition and it is treatable but no will help me but I kept looking and found a doctor who will me but the only problem is that the doctor and the help I need is over seas so I started this fundraiser to help me get home and get the help I need thank you for the support and love you will be giving me on here!!
