Support Supermom Danielle & Her Son Brayden on Their Medical Journey
If you know Danielle, you know she’s a real-life Wonder Woman. She’s a single mom raising two amazing sons, Jayden (19) and Brayden (18), and she works two jobs just to keep everything together. But lately, her strength has been tested in unimaginable ways.
Brayden began having serious health issues at the end of 2023 — starting with chest pain and breathing problems that were initially treated like bronchitis and allergy-related inflammation. But things kept escalating. He began experiencing episodes of passing out, extreme fatigue, dizziness, headaches, high blood pressure, and chest discomfort. He’s now homebound from school, and his symptoms continue to shift and worsen.
Brayden has seen countless specialists in Indiana and Ohio: cardiologists, neurologists, nephrologists, allergists, GI and pulmonary doctors — even undergoing a heart ablation procedure in December 2024. He’s been diagnosed with POTS, intermittent SVT, and WPW syndrome, but now doctors are leaning toward an even more complex condition: Autonomic Dysfunction, possibly linked to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome or Mast Cell Activation.
His medical journey has included:
Daily passing out episodes and mobility struggles
Pain, brain fog, migraines, tingling in arms and shoulders
GI issues, food sensitivities, and signs of dehydration
Multiple medications and trial treatments — with many still pending
Despite exhaustive testing, answers are still out of reach. Danielle has been traveling regularly to Riley Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic in hopes of getting Brayden the help he needs. They return again June 7–8 for two full days of specialist evaluations — including neurology, pulmonary, and nephrology.
Through it all, Danielle has stayed incredibly strong for both of her sons. Jayden, Brayden’s older brother, has been by his side, while Danielle continues to show up for work, for her boys, and for everyone around her — without ever asking for help. But now, it’s time for us to help her.
We’re raising funds to support travel, medical costs, missed work, and daily expenses so Danielle can focus on what matters most: getting Brayden well.
Every little bit helps. Whether it’s a donation or sharing this with others, your support means everything to a family that gives so much and asks for so little.
With love,
Friends of The Moore Family
