When I was 12, I was diagnosed with bone cancer. To save my life, doctors had to remove my knee, femur, and part of my tibia. Thanks to a prosthesis, they were able to avoid amputating my leg, and I kept going. One year ago, cancer came back — this time, it had spread to my lungs. I had to have half of my lung removed to stop it.
Now, my leg prosthesis is loose and no longer working properly. It causes me pain and greatly limits my mobility. I urgently need surgery to replace it, as well as help covering the costs of hospital stay, food, and transportation. Without this, I may soon be completely dependent on crutches.
I had to pause my Human Relations studies due to these health struggles, but I still have many dreams. Despite everything, I want to live the best life I can, to keep learning, growing, and smiling. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to that goal.
Thank you for reading my story, for your support, and for sharing this campaign. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing by me during this difficult time.
