Help Jojo Get the Vet Care She Desperately Needs
Hi everyone,
I’m writing this with a heavy heart about my sweet girl, Jojo. Right now, she’s suffering from what appears to be a painful ear infection or ear mites. She’s constantly scratching, shaking her head, and clearly uncomfortable. It hurts to see her like this. We’ve tried to ease her pain with natural remedies like coconut oil, but I’m afraid of doing more harm than good. She’s very sensitive about her ears being touched, and for both her safety and mine, I truly believe seeing a vet is the best and safest option.
Unfortunately, we just don’t have the money right now for a vet visit. But Jojo needs help—and soon.
Jojo’s story didn’t start easy. She was dumped off as a tiny, sick puppy. She wouldn’t eat or drink, and every time she woke up, she would get sick. She was severely dehydrated and so weak, I honestly didn’t think she would survive 24 hours. We rushed her to an emergency vet clinic. Thankfully, because of the stimulus checks at the time, we were able to afford that unexpected vet bill.
Turns out she had a serious worm infestation and was very lucky we found her when we did. Against all odds, Jojo pulled through. She made a full recovery and grew into the happiest, most playful, and yes—stubborn—girl you could imagine. She’s been our little fighter ever since.
That’s why it’s so hard to see her suffering now. She’s not herself. And while I’d do absolutely anything for her, I simply can’t do this alone.
Jojo is not just a dog—she is family. She’s one of my children.
