Donate to Dawn Familetti’s Cancer Treatment Journey

This is for my friend Dawn Familetti who is struggling with stage 3 breast cancer. In April Dawn had a PET scan that revealed the cancer in her organs but it was confirmed to be stage 3 and also in the lymph nodes. She’s having her treatments done at the Cancer Centers of America in Chicago. Due the nature of this cancer being fueled by estrogen, she will most likely be on a hormone blocker for the next 5-10 years.

Therapy sessions are a long process that take 5 to 10 hours to complete, she’s completed 3 but she has 3 more left. She’ll have radiation treatments following the chemo and then surgery.

This has become a huge mental strain as well as financial. Due to the distance traveled hotel costs and uninsured medical costs we’re asking for help. Dawn continues to work a full time job and dedicate her time to her church and family.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
