My name is Aiden Shepherd, and I’m a 25-year-old transgender man. I’m writing this with all the strength I have because I’m finally ready to take the next big step in my journey—to align my body with who I truly am inside. I’m seeking your support for my gender-affirming surgery.

This isn’t just a medical procedure for me—it’s my path to peace, to finally being able to look in the mirror and see me. For years, I’ve carried the weight of dysphoria, anxiety, and emotional pain. Every day, I wake up and remind myself to be strong. And I have been. But strength alone can’t pay for this life-changing surgery.

I’ve worked hard, saved what I can, and explored every possible option. But the cost is still more than I can manage alone. That’s why I’m turning to you—not just for money, but for compassion, solidarity, and hope.
