Hello! My name is David and as hard as this is to admit, I could really use your help. Not long ago, I experienced a stroke and a cardiac episode that nearly took my life. A few weeks ago my doctor ordered a cancer screening that came back abnormal. Further testing is needed that my insurance does not fully cover. I am currently residing in a men’s shelter and recently had my car repossessed. These circumstances have made my goals seemingly impossible to achieve. I am lucky enough to have people in my life who have helped me this far, and for that I am so grateful. I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet to afford the medical care I need, but the harsh reality is that I cannot do it on my own anymore.
