Hello I’m Michael miller 43 from Anderson sc. I recently was released from the hospital due to having a heart attack, and having to get a stent put in my heart . I was sent home required to take 5 different medications for the rest of my life . I’m not covered by insurance so I really could use a hand to pay for my medication .
