My name is Becca Brandenburg I’m 29 years old and currently on dialysis and have been for 6.5 years. In 2018 I was diagnosed with end stage renal failure otherwise known as kidney failure. With chronic kidney disease I am no longer able to live my life to the fullest as I once was able too. Dialysis wears you out and you no longer have as much energy or strength as you once did. With only being 23 when first diagnosed it had made life very difficult. I am in search of a new kidney! I am currently on the transplant list at the University of Iowa! I am looking to raise money to help pay for expenses, such as bills, food, lodging, and travel back-and-forth to Iowa city when the transplant happens! I will be off work for a few months, so it will cause some financial hardship. If you can donate, I would greatly appreciate it, but if can’t not a simple share would help tremendously!
