Help Baby James Fight for His Life in the NICU
Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for your support for our precious grandson, James Clay Day, who was born on June 3rd and is currently in the NICU fighting several serious health challenges.
Baby James was born with Down syndrome, and he also has a hole in his heart (AVSD) and shortly after birth, doctors discovered that James is battling pulmonary hypertension. These complications have made his first days of life incredibly difficult — but this little fellow is a fighter.
James has two big sisters at home who can’t wait to meet him, hold him, and bring him into their joyful world. Right now, they’re waiting patiently for the day their baby brother is strong enough to come home.
As you can imagine, the emotional and financial strain on James’s parents, Skyler and Juliana (Pullam) Day, is immense. Between the medical bills, time off work, and the daily trips to and from the hospital, the expenses are adding up quickly. We are trusting God through every step of this journey and know that we are not walking alone — your prayers and support mean more than words can say.
We’ve set up this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden so James’s parents can focus on what matters most: being there for their son and helping him heal.
If you’re able, please consider donating — no amount is too small. And whether or not you can give, we ask that you keep James in your prayers and share this page with others who may be able to help.
Thank you for being part of Baby James’s story. Your prayers and support are carrying him — and all of us — through this incredibly difficult time.
With love, prayer, and hope,
Tammy Pullam (Gigi)
