Aid Whitney: Kindness Comes Full Circle

Hi! I’m Megan, I’m I have been friends with Whitney for about 8 years now. She is the kindest sweetest and most amazing person I have met in my life, now is the time to step up and help her, she will have a lot of missed time, travel and medical expenses. She’s not comfortable (or happy I am doing this but……. we need to step up now!)

Message from family:

We need a favor…

This past Monday June 2, 2025, we received the life altering news that 300,000 women a year receive.

“We’re sorry to inform you but you have breast cancer.”

They say everyone reacts differently but I think shock would be the first emotion for both of us followed by an overwhelming flood of almost every other emotion. On Thursday June 5th, we attended her first of many appointments. While we still don’t know everything yet we do know she has stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma, a rarer form that is said to be very aggressive. The next couple weeks will be a mixture of tests to make sure it has not spread throughout her body, surgery to insert a port for chemo, and finally 4-6 months of chemo to be followed by surgery. If you’re a female, you can only imagine the thoughts and feelings Whitney is struggling with from loss of her hair to a possible double mastectomy.

We undoubtedly know GODS got this but that doesn’t mean every second is easy. This week has felt like a month plus some, but the love we’ve already started receiving from friends and family has truly opened our eyes to the blessing of genuine relationships. We also know that GOD has a plan for both of us thru this and this is only part of building our testimony.

With that being said if you could spare 30 seconds of your day I’d be more than grateful if you could send one up for her. While she’s one of the strongest ppl I know she’s also human and eliminating all worries is easier said than done at times. However, we know GOD is in control and while we don’t know the reason for this, we trust he’s got her every step of the way.

If you’ve read this far we sincerely appreciate you and if you could leave a comment of encouragement for the most beautiful, courageous, loving, strong willed woman I know, I’d be forever grateful.

“You will keep in perfect peace those who’s minds are steadfast, because they trust in you”

Isaiah 26:3

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
