I’m reaching out to you today with a heavy heart to share the story of my incredible uncle. For years, he and my aunt have been the unwavering rocks in my children’s lives, stepping in to raise them when I couldn’t. Their love and support have been a constant source of strength for my kids, and they mean the world to all of us. Beyond being amazing caregivers to my children, they have three children and grandchildren of their own who adore them.
Recently, my uncle has been diagnosed with complete kidney failure. Adding to this already difficult situation, he was recently laid off from his job, resulting in the loss of his health insurance. The cost of dialysis is almost $500 a day, creating a huge financial burden for their family. We’re starting this fundraiser to help ease their financial stress and ensure he gets the care he desperately needs. Your generosity will go a long way in helping my uncle focus on his health and recovery without the added worry of mounting medical bills.
