I’m reaching out to you with a deep sense of urgency and hope. I am raising funds for a man named Osman Goni, who is in desperate need of medical treatment. Osman is not my family, nor my friend, but as a fellow human being, I can’t stand by without trying to help him.
Osman is currently living in the Kutupalong Refugee Camp in Bangladesh, which is home to hundreds of thousands of refugees who are struggling daily for basic necessities. He has two young children who rely on him for everything. Despite the immense challenges in the camp, Osman has been doing his best to provide for them. However, now he is facing a serious health issue that requires immediate surgery and medical attention.
Unfortunately, the medical care he needs is extremely expensive. Osman requires 500,000 Bangladeshi Taka (around $4,100 USD) to cover the costs of the surgery and related treatments. This is a significant amount, especially in a refugee camp where opportunities to earn or access financial support are scarce.
Without this surgery, Osman’s condition will worsen, and his ability to care for his children will be severely compromised. His family is already living in difficult circumstances, and this additional burden is a heartbreaking reality.
As a father myself, I can’t imagine the stress and fear Osman must be feeling right now. But together, we have the power to change his story. Your donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward covering the medical expenses for his surgery, transportation, and post-operative care.
