Hello, my name is Jason. I’m a hard-working man who has always done the right things, but now I’m suffering from spinal stenosis and have to have surgery to correct my back issues. I cannot work and have been on medical leave for three months. My FMLA has run out, and I can’t go to my doctor’s appointment so I can have my short-term disability extended. I’m pretty sure I will be fired now, and soon after, I will be homeless and disabled. Any little bit will help me a lot ❤️
