Hello my name is Malia, as hard as it is to ask for help I have created a fundraiser for my boyfriend Gabriel Martinez. We’re asking for help during a time of need. Gabriel has been managing health issues without any care for a while now. We finally got him to the hospital where he has been treated the past week, we have learned he has colitis, pancreatitis, along with elevated liver levels that require more testing. The journey has just begun as we have learned he will need more testing, procedures, continuous medication and a long journey ahead. At the time Gabriel has no insurance and to get him the proper care will be a lot of money out of pocket. Anybody who knows gabe know he’s a caring, hard working independent person. He will give his last to those in need. At this time we need the help to get his health in order and get him back to the Gabriel we all love. A simple share or donation means the world to our family.
