I’m reaching out to ask for help for one of the most deserving people I know—my brother-in-law, Kevin.
Kevin has been fighting Crohn’s disease for over 20 years. It’s a chronic, painful illness that affects every part of his life. He’s endured countless treatments, surgeries, and long hospital stays. And while Kevin has faced each challenge with quiet strength and resilience, the emotional, physical, and financial toll has been overwhelming for him and his family.
Right now, Kevin has a chance to begin a new medication that could finally bring him some relief. But in order to move forward, he needs to be hospitalized again for a transfusion and the placement of a medical port. Unfortunately, all outpatient options have been exhausted, and the costs of this next step are more than his family can manage alone.
