Halfway through June, our family’s world changed in an instant. My 14-year-old niece, Keri, was seriously injured in a major car accident.
After receiving initial care at Creston Hospital, she was transported by ambulance to Cranbrook, where doctors treated her for multiple serious injuries—including two broken legs and a broken arm. Keri is now beginning a long and difficult recovery process that will keep her in Cranbrook for an unknown length of time.
Her strength and spirit are inspiring, but the emotional and financial toll this has taken on our family is immense. Travel, time away from work, and the ongoing costs of supporting Keri during her recovery have stretched our resources thin.
We’re raising funds to help cover:
• Travel and lodging expenses for family
• Medical and rehabilitation costs
• Day-to-day support for Keri while she’s away from home
Every contribution—no matter the size—will make a difference in helping Keri heal and in supporting the family that’s standing by her side every step of the way.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support during this difficult time.
