Hey folks, it’s Selena’s sister, Sandy. I need y’all’s help to help my little sister.
On April 21, 2018, an SUV driven by someone under the influence flew across 3 lanes of traffic, up a 4-foot embankment into a parking lot, and T-boned her car. The car was totaled and the crash broke her left collarbone.
The other driver tried to run away after the crash.
Selena has now had two failed surgeries where the screws have backed out of the bone and are scraping other bone with every movement she makes, causing constant pain. She’s now been referred to a trauma surgeon outside of San Angelo.
This next surgery scheduled will be to remove the plate and screws from her clavicle to judge bone viability and temporarily relieve some pain before a fourth surgery later this year.
I’ve been out of a job from March 2025 to June 2025, and would really appreciate some help helping Selena with her 20% coinsurance, hotel, and a minimum of two weeks away from work.
She’s got $235 due by next Friday, June 27. Her job is part-time and does not provide PTO or sick leave.
You know I hate asking for help, but I don’t want her in constant pain anymore.
