Hello everyone my name is Natalia Hammond. And I have stage 5 kidney failure and currently on Dialysis. I’ve been having kidney problem since I was a new born baby . My one kidney has always been shut down and the other one barely functioning . I am trying to save up for a new transplant . I would really appreciate any small or big donation would mean a lot to me . I am currently 22 years old and have been on dialysis for about a year now . And I am just hoping this process gets better . It’s going to take time. I know I am young but I know will get through this . God has many plans for me
