Hello, my name is Mrs. Jones. This past May, my husband, 63-year-old Charles Jones Jr.—a beloved husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, grandfather, uncle, stepdad, cousin, and a friend to many—was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer, which has spread to other parts of his body. It has taken away his ability to work and disrupted his ability to enjoy the simple, everyday moments he once cherished.
Despite the little insurance, only a small portion of his cancer treatment and appointments will be covered.
