Hi, my name is Taylor & I’m 31 years old. I was hit by a car while crossing the road 12 days ago, leaving me with a broken leg in 3 places & multiple fractures. I broke my ankle, my fibula, and my tibia, and I have 8 fractures going from my ankle to my knee. Unfortunately, my husband is my only caregiver, and he decided taking a leave from work for 8 weeks would be appropriate since I will need a 24/7 caregiver for the next 90 days, but that leaves us in a financial bind.
I already had one surgery last week to start the process of fixing my leg, but due to swelling, they just had to put an exterior cage on until the swelling went down enough to do my next surgery, which will now be done Tuesday the 17th. The funds will strictly go towards bills & injury-related items. I understand times are hard for everyone right now, so I do very much appreciate anything!
