Hi, my name is Dianne and I’m reaching out on behalf of my beloved sister/Ate Liza. She has been diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer in 2022, which has recently metastasized to her bones and liver. This news has shaken our family to the core, but we are staying strong and hopeful. She is not just our big sister, she took care of us for 22 years while my parents are here in America working . She is not our blood sisters but she is more than blood to us. She dedicated her life to help us and take care of us. Me and my brothers tried to finance and provide everything for our sister but at the moment she needs more intense treatment in the Philippines.
Despite the pain and the challenges, my sister is ready to fight with everything she has. She has already begun an aggressive treatment plan that includes chemotherapy, medications, and ongoing medical care. Unfortunately, the costs of cancer treatment are overwhelming due to the limited resources and no insurance in the Philippines. We only depend on family help and minimal help from the government and discounts from disability.
We’re humbly asking for your support to help cover:
• Chemotherapy and cancer medications
• Frequent doctor visits and lab tests
• Hospital bills and specialist consultations
• Transportation to and from treatments
• Supportive care to manage side effects
• Everyday expenses as she cannot work during treatment
Any amount no matter how small will make a difference. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page with your network. Your kindness, prayers, and support mean the world to us during this time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
With gratitude,
Dianne, Nico, Gian and Geric
