Hi, I’m E. I’m 20, disabled, and autistic.

I live with chronic illness, severe fatigue, and mobility issues that make working impossible. I also don’t have support from my family, which makes day-to-day survival incredibly difficult.

Right now I need a medically necessary surgery for my mouth. It would relieve constant pain and prevent my condition from getting worse. The cost is overwhelming: $55,000. There is no way I can afford this on my own, no matter how hard I try.
