Help Nurse Katie fight for treatment

This is about Katie.

Katie is an ER nurse—the kind of person who runs toward chaos, not away from it. She’s held strangers’ hands in their final moments. She’s comforted families during their worst nightmares. She has worked night shifts, missed holidays, and sacrificed sleep so others could make it through.

But now, Katie is the one who needs help.

Behind her steady hands and compassionate heart is someone silently fighting for her life. Katie is in treatment for an eating disorder—a disease that doesn’t always show on the outside, but one that screams on the inside.

She’s finally in a treatment center that is helping her start to heal, but the fight isn’t over. The cost of staying in care is incredibly high, and her time is running out unless we can raise the money she needs to continue.

Katie doesn’t ask for help. She’s used to being the helper. The nurse. The caregiver. The strong one.

But recovery takes a team. And this time, she’s the one who needs a village to carry her through.

If Katie leaves early, the progress she’s made could be undone. And she deserves more than just survival—she deserves full recovery. A life where she can laugh again. A future where she feels free in her body. A world where she doesn’t have to fight this monster every single day alone.

If Katie has ever made you laugh, shown up when you needed someone, or if you believe that people who care for others deserve to be cared for too—please donate.

Any amount helps.

Every dollar goes directly toward her treatment.

And every share brings us closer to keeping her safe.

She’s saved countless lives.

Let’s help save Katie.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
