My name is Jesus and in recent months my pancreatitis got worse which caused me to develop other diseases that I am fighting now, I did not qualify for any medical insurance, the hospital could not support me there anymore and they sent me home still without being cured, now I ask for your help to be able to continue acquiring the medicines I need most, I thank you in advance for your support and I pray for your well being, not having health is one of the most difficult things we can go through and I really appreciate anything that you can contribute to this cause
