Hello, my name is Tom Hunker. I am setting up this fundraiser page for my dear daughter-in-law, Terri Hunker.
Terri is a busy mom of 3. The other day she experienced a frightening and debilitating stroke. She was rushed to the emergency room and has been in and out of the ICU unit, as her condition follows a roller coaster path. She is unable to walk, and her vision is affected greatly. One side of her face and mouth is affected.
Terri’s medical bills are piling up at an alarming rate and her health insurance doesn’t cover most of it. When she is released from the hospital, Terri will be sent to a rehabilitation center for additional care. Terri will also need assistance paying for childcare.
Our greatest concern, of course, is for Terri to recover. But the costs she and my son are facing are staggering. If anyone is able to contribute, I would be eternally grateful. Any amount would be so helpful.
